we had a such wonderful stay in skala short walk to many other restaurants, the beautiful beach and the center of skala. all the staff were friendly and excellent. room was reasonably large and airy, had 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed. everything was very good overall, yet the bathroom was a little tired. the apartment was in a magnificent and good location not far from a sandy beach.

It was very good in general: airy room, stunning location right by all restaurants shops, the centre of Skala and excellent restaurants. I had a really lovely stay and recommend to all.

Our second stay at The Pines was just as amazing as the first. The location is brilliant, with stunning sea views. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartments were comfortable, spacious, and spotlessly clean. We especially loved the daily cleaning service. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and markets, making it a perfect place for a relaxed vacation. The fully air-conditioned apartments and balcony with a sunrise view added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

The Pines in Skala has the best possible location, being so close to all the bars and the beach, as well as local conveniences. The room was a nice size and had a kitchen, which is always useful. The bed was large and the availability of air conditioning, a sofa bed, and a television were all very useful.

Our week in Kefalonia was made even better by the perfect location of the hotel. Situated at the bottom of the main street, it was just a short stroll across the road to the beautiful beach. The split level layout of the apartment was a great advantage, with a spacious bedroom upstairs and excellent A/C. The shower was also excellent, with plenty of space and the apartment had enough storage for all our belongings.

Although the apartments were relatively expensive compared to others in the area, it didn't hinder our overall experience.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just a minute away from a beautiful beach. The apartments are spacious and clean, with two balconies offering either a square or sea view. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The hotel is not situated in a quiet area, as there are occasional music events in the nearby beach bar and courtyard.

The location of the apartment was excellent, just a few steps away from the beach and restaurants. It was centrally located yet still quiet at night. The apartment itself was very clean and well-maintained. The cleaning staff did a good job and came every day. The beach was beautiful with crystal clear water and not too crowded. We also enjoyed the fact that there were plenty of restaurants and markets nearby.

That the cleaner came early in the morning, which was not ideal for those who wanted to sleep in after a late night out. It would have been better if there was an option to put out a 'do not disturb' sign or if the cleaning could be done later in the day.

Fantastic apartment on two floors, giving ample space. Super clean and fresh with a lovely balcony overlooking the ocean. Short walk to the beach and great restaurants nearby. Manager was fantastic and very accommodating. Highly recommend, would stay again without hesitation.

The staff here was fantastic, always ready to help, and they helped us with everything we needed; we stayed in a fantastic brand-new room that was on two levels and we had an amazing night's sleep.

skala was great as always, but this time pines blew us away! stunning sunrise view from our balcony, and the staff were brilliant. beach and restaurants just next door, and everything we needed was available. highly recommended for a home away from home.

Wifi in the upstairs bedroom went off.

Excellent location with sea views and close to the main square. We enjoyed the convenience of having two balconies where we could relax and watch the world go by. The apartment was spacious and had a nice bathroom with a good shower. The two levels provided plenty of space, with a comfortable bedroom upstairs. We also appreciated the free air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

The spiral staircase leading to the upstairs bedroom could be difficult for elderly or infirm guests. The low beds with soft mattresses made it challenging to get in and out.

Stayed at a place with great WiFi and a lovely terrace. My room had a comfortable seating area and was nicely air-conditioned.

Oh, but who needs a kitchen that actually works? Mine wasn't 100%, but hey, they promised to fix it!
